“The Maverick” 106.7 WHFI The student government at James Monroe High School wished to see a change in the school’s radio station. 2023-2024 SGA President, Cole Thomas, led an initiative to try and bring two schools under one umbrella through the radio station. Acting on the students’ behalf, Mr. Thomas asked the board to consider rebranding the station. The students wished to see the radio station branded as “The Maverick”. After board approval on May 30, 2024, the radio station will be using the slogan 106.7 “The Maverick”. Please be patient as proper changes are made.
